Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement visually captivating displays that enhance the shopping experience for our customers and drive sales.
- Utilise customer feedback and sales data to enhance merchandising strategies and store performance.
- Assist behind the back counter during busy periods and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with our Centralised Ordering Team and Store Leadership to drive business results.
- Previous pharmacy-focused stock and merchandising experience is ideal, but not mandatory.
- Reliable, keen to learn, with a clear path for yourself in pharmacy.
- Strong computing skills and experience with Minfos would be an advantage.
- Ability to think creatively and come up with ideas to address any merchandising challenge.
- Valid driver's license and safe and dependable transportation.
