Job Title: Fire and Security Systems Installation Specialist

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fire and Security Systems Installation Specialist to join our team at Get Staff. As a Fire and Security Systems Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and access control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, service, repair, fault-finding, and maintenance of fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV systems, and access control systems
  • Take responsibility for the overall quality of the work delivered on-site
  • Carry out effective communications with the client and administration team
  • Ensure the company meets its obligations and adheres to guidelines and regulations laid down by the professional bodies they subscribe to
  • Work closely with other engineers and provide support and training to more junior members of the team

Requirements:

  • Ideally 3 years' experience working within a similar role
  • Good understanding of most systems, e.g., fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control
  • Knowledge of a range of manufacturers
  • You will be willing to learn new systems
  • You will hold a Full UK driving Licence or equivalent
  • A drive and enthusiasm to grab hold of opportunities
  • A positive attitude and the ability to self-motivate is a must
  • Experience of an electrical background would also be very useful

What We Offer:

  • Basic Salary £33,000 - £42,000 Per Annum
  • Company vehicle, pension scheme, fuel card, laptop & mobile phone
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Hours of work - Monday to Friday (40 hours a week)

  • Area covered - Sheffield (South Yorkshire and the surrounding areas)
  • Field-based role covering a number of sites
