Job Description
As an Industrial Quality Technician at Bolt-On Recruitment, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our clients' products by conducting inspections and tests. Your duties will include:

• Inspecting and approving incoming/outgoing materials/products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and reporting non-conforming materials/products.
• Performing first off, in-process and final inspection by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to production supervisor/operator.
• Reading technical drawings, control plans, and specifications to understand product requirements.
• Documenting inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality database.
• Raising and signing release documents.
• Keeping measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements, and reporting faulty or out of calibration equipment.
• Communicating with Quality/Engineering department to prevent similar defects in the future.

Salary & Benefits
• Estimated salary range: £42,500 - £46,000 per annum based on location and experience.
• 30-minute paid break from 18:45-19:15.
• Overtime available, paid at x1.5 hours.
• Group Life cover, 3 x current basic annual salary.
