Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Financial Support Worker to join our team at Family Action. As a Financial Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to our clients, helping them to manage their finances and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support and guidance to clients, helping them to create and manage budgets, and make informed financial decisions.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and develop personalized support plans to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial support programs and services.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a financial support role, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Basic computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
