Cinema Operations Manager

Cineworld Cinemas Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our team at our Shrewsbury cinema. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of cinema staff and ensuring the smooth operation of the cinema.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Handling and Reconciliation: You will be responsible for managing cash handling and reconciliation procedures to ensure accurate and efficient financial transactions.
- Food and Beverage Management: You will oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages to our customers, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Technology and Systems: You will be responsible for the effective use of technology and systems, including IT systems, till operations, and telephones, to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: You will ensure that the cinema is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization, including the cleaning of public areas and the maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue, and implementing strategies to achieve this goal.
- Standards and Compliance: You will ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company standards and policies, and that all procedures are followed to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Management: You will lead and manage a team of cinema staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
