We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to join our high-performing brigade at Cottons Hotel & Spa. As a vital member of our team, you will produce delicious pastry items and desserts in our well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our experienced Executive Chef and Head Chef.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry production, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
