3D AutoCAD Design Manager

Willmott Dixon is seeking a skilled Design Manager to support our projects across the North East region. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid way from our North East (Gateshead) office, at home, and onsite.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the design process, promoting the integration of disciplines and selecting, managing, and appointing consultants to ensure they perform in line with their deed and agreed scope of services.
- Oversee, monitor, and report on design programmes, providing technical support to the bid process.
- Develop designs that utilize innovative techniques on multiple/complex projects.
- Lead the design team, chairing meetings and issuing actions.
- Produce designs that meet all necessary statutory and regulatory approvals and record on appropriate tracking logs.
The successful candidate will lead the design on exciting projects ranging in value from £5m to £50m across various sectors, including Education, Leisure, Health, Blue Light, and Commercial.
