We seek an experienced Travel Consultant who possesses exceptional customer service skills, excellent product knowledge, and strong questioning and listening abilities. You will be required to identify and meet customers' needs, use social media to generate customer engagement and sales leads, and participate in promotional events to increase branch exposure. Achieving individual and team sales targets, assisting with day-to-day operations, and willingness to participate in training and development are also essential responsibilities.

With at least 1 year experience as a Travel Consultant, a proven sales record, passion for travel and tourism, and excellent travel product knowledge, you will excel in this role. Good sales and presentation skills, customer focus, problem-solving, team player, good organisational and time-management skills, and excellent communication skills are also vital requirements. A recognised travel qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

  • Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch
