About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Dalby Court Residential Care Home. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
