About the Role:
  • Process client instructions and tasks accurately, adhering to company standards and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and communicate relevant matters or issues affecting their schemes and benefits.
  • Maintain timely completion of client deadlines, internal performance indicators, service standards, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Identify and escalate departmental risks to the Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Able to take ownership of administration tasks, including paperwork and filing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills are essential.

Estimated Salary: £17.00 per hour
