Commercial Real Estate Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Partner to join our award-winning Real Estate department at a Top 40 national law firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical ability, commercial acumen, and a passion for business development. They will be responsible for advising on a full range of real estate transactions, including advising clients on complex caseloads and business development opportunities.

The role involves working closely with the Head of Department on business development initiatives and supervising junior solicitors. The successful candidate will have a growth mindset, a portable client following, and a strong academic profile.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on real estate transactions, including complex caseloads
  • Business development opportunities, including working with the Head of Department
  • Supervising and delegating work to junior solicitors
