Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team at Mr Clutch, a leading national Autocentre network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification;
  • Test and diagnose faults as requested;
  • Examine vehicles, recognise and provide a written report on vehicle (or component) defects or systems of impending failure;
  • Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others;
  • Promote and maintain the Company image, acting as a brand ambassador;
  • Work independently as well as part of a team to achieve business objectives;
  • Contribute to the development of our branch by providing expert technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified (or time served) mechanic/vehicle technician;
  • Current driving licence (for vehicle road testing);
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of Company standards and procedures.
