We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director or an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead our team at the Glencoe Inn, a charming 16-bedroom property in the Scottish Highlands.

About the Role

This is a key position within our operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery. As part of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving guest satisfaction, motivating staff, and managing food and beverage services.

The Ideal Candidate
  • F&B Expertise: A strong background in food and beverage operations, preferably in a high-end setting.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to manage day-to-day property operations, including guest services and financial performance.
  • Leadership Skills: A people-focused approach, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Local Residency: Due to the remote location, we prefer candidates who live locally or are willing to relocate.
