About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CSC Coordinator to provide administrative support to our manager. The successful candidate will have a sound working knowledge of MS Office and administration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize engineer jobs in line with internal and external customer needs
- Support the management with a proactive approach to increase utilization within designated areas
- Deal with a varied workload and consistently work to timeframes
- Work unsupervised and have the initiative to tackle problems and make decisions
Requirements
- Strong administration skills gained within a customer service environment
- Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative/customer service role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to support the business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
