We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Education, supporting students with varied Special Educational Needs at a Special Educational Needs school in Warrington. This role offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can contribute to the development of personalized education plans and provide individualized support to students.

Job Description:
  • Supporting students with SEN across multiple curriculums (EYFS to Key Stage 5)
  • Collaborating with teachers to develop lesson plans and educational activities
  • Providing tailored assistance to students with special needs
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEN
  • Relevant degree or teaching assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1-3)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK or residency status
  • Previous experience supporting children with SEN
  • Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • References from previous employers
  • Current DBS registration or willingness to apply
