Armis Resident Engineer

Armis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our customers, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer deployments and configurations align with business use cases and drive Armis adoption and implementation plans.
  • Build trusted relationships with technical users and manage stakeholders within assigned accounts.
  • Apply analytical skills and technical knowledge to solve product and network problems of moderate to high complexity.
  • Provide technology and product training as needed.
  • Analyze logs and events from the solution and provide threat analysis reports.
  • Build custom security policies and application signatures.
  • Mitigate web-based threats in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a full-time onsite Resident Engineer or as a Professional Services Engineer, Consultant, or IT/Operations Engineer.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Security/IT/Healthcare/ICT/Commercial sectors.
  • Applied knowledge of the Networking industry, products, and protocols.
  • Experience analyzing, using, and configuring medium to enterprise networks.
  • Typically requires a BS in a technical field (CS/EE preferred) or equivalent plus 4 to 8 years of related experience.
  • Linux Operating System basic operation and troubleshooting.
  • Programming skills in Python, C, and C++.
  • Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Routing/Switching protocols, Network Security).
