Product Trainer

Indra Park Air is a leading producer of VHF and UHF radios, providing critical communication solutions for air travel. We're seeking a skilled Product Trainer to join our team and play a vital role in creating, developing, and delivering high-quality training for our customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver hands-on training sessions for new and existing customers, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to install and repair our air traffic management ground radio systems.
- Manage the training facility to ensure it meets the required standards for delivering training.
- Collaborate with domain experts to identify customer training needs and develop bespoke training programs.
- Recognized training qualification and relevant experience in a similar training role.
- Experience in developing training packages, e-learning, and multimedia programs.
- Creative presentation skills and ability to work with domain experts.
