Job Summary

U-educate Ltd is seeking an experienced SEN Teaching and Learning Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with students who require additional support due to Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate individual to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEMH needs and the challenges faced by students with these requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs. This will include providing individualized support, collaborating on IEPs, and assisting in delivering a comprehensive curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEMH needs
  • Collaborate with teachers to create IEPs and track progress
  • Provide individualized support to students
  • Assist in delivering a broad curriculum

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 per annum

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of SEMH challenges and requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
