Embedded Systems Software Specialist

About the CompanyOur client is dedicated to leading the way in sustainable energy solutions, developing and manufacturing technologies required to decarbonize the planet.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop software requirements from ECU feature specifications and implement hardware drivers in C or configure Autosar modules to meet required functionality.
- Work closely with software and hardware teams to ensure software meets feature requirements at the ECU level.
- Support ISO26262 processes, ensuring traceability from requirements to implementation.
- Contribute to ECU testing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) rigs.
About You:
- Proven experience in bare-metal embedded software development in C on Arm CPU architecture, ideally with Xilinx or TI processors.
- A strong background in automotive ECU software development for production, following the ISO26262 process.
- Proficiency with ETAS or Vector Autosar authoring tools.
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
