We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead, a leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live happy, independent lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and personal care.
- Building strong relationships with our clients and their families, understanding their needs and preferences, and delivering care that is tailored to their individual requirements.
- Working collaboratively with our office team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date with best practices in care and companionship.
- A competitive hourly rate of £13-£14 per hour.
- A guaranteed 30-35 hour contract, with opportunities for additional hours.
- Ongoing support and training from our office team.
- The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
- Minimum 1 year experience in care and companionship.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
