Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the shop.
  • Answering and directing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the shop's calendar.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing information about services.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Coordinating with mechanics and other staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Processing payments and managing cash register transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education level GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Good understanding of cars and automotive repair services.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
