About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Venue Leader to join our team at The Coach & Horses in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  2. Implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  3. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout the venue
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
