Seeking an experienced Chef to lead our kitchen team at our stunning refurbished Gastro pub in North Yorkshire.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 and a range of benefits, including pension scheme, relocation options, and full menu autonomy.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for their craft, and experience working within fresh food led kitchens. They will also be able to create seasonal menus using local produce and demonstrate a thorough understanding of food costings and GP's.

A career-minded chef with a proven track record of success is required to head up our kitchen team and build a high-performing team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional cuisine.

We are looking for a Chef who has a detailed knowledge of kitchen management, costings, kitchen budgets, and experience working with seasonal produce. They will also need to understand the latest allergen, H&S requirements, and due diligence compliance.
