We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team at Switch Properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial units, to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, agreements, and rental payments with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee property marketing and tenant screening processes to secure quality tenants.
  • Create and maintain listings of available properties.
  • Manage property maintenance with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in property management, with a preference for student lets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
