We are seeking an experienced regulatory lawyer to join our Business Crime & Regulatory Investigations Team, part of the firm's Dispute Resolution department.

The Team

Our 100+ dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients in the private and public sector.

Our Business Crime & Regulatory Investigations Team advises corporates, and their boards and directors, on business-critical issues concerning corporate/financial crime and regulatory enforcement.

They specialise in crisis management, corporate and director liability, undertaking corporate internal investigations, engaging with regulators and defending complex investigations and prosecutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising corporates on complex regulatory issues
  • Assisting in large-scale inquests and health & safety compliance
  • Working closely with highly regarded Partners, including "The Lawyer - Hot 100" ranked Partner, Charlotte Whitaker
Requirements
  • Practical experience of some or all of the following: Large-scale Inquests, Advising businesses on complex regulatory issues, Advising in relation to health & safety compliance and regulatory risk
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal, client and commercial skills
  • Adaptable and able to deal with complex work under pressure
  • SRA registered lawyer
