We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Newt in Somerset. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting our chefs in preparing delicious meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Assist chefs with food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Ensure all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of quality and service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
