Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Assist in managing inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic maths skills for processing payments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred, but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions are required.
