As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in setting a new standard for rail service delivery. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.

The Role

We are currently seeking a Qualified Train Driver who can deliver high-quality services across our GWR network. The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on safety and customer service, with a proven track record of adhering to protocols and making critical decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To operate trains safely and efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at destination stations.
  • To provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, contributing to the overall improvement of rail services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid train driving license and certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
