Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronic Gaming Manager to join our team at our Merchant City, Glasgow Casino. As the Electronic Gaming Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing electronic gaming team, maintaining brand standards across all electronic products, and driving revenue growth above budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a highly capable electronic gaming team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain brand standards across all electronic products, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for customers.
  • Drive the performance of electronic gaming machines, proactively managing stakes, margin, and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Work closely with the central electronic support department to optimize slots and e-table games for the club.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in electronic gaming, with a strong understanding of slots and e-table machines.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • A commercial mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
