Job Title:
Head of Engineering - Consumer Servicing & Engagement Platform

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our Consumer Servicing & Engagement Platform team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving large-scale engineering projects, developing technical strategy, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute technical strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead large teams of engineers, driving technical direction and ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and enterprise architects to develop and implement technical roadmaps.
  • Drive Agile methodologies and ensure adoption of best engineering practices, tooling, and methods.
  • Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver complex engineering projects.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation and innovation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of engineering solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale engineering projects and teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in software development, cloud ecosystems, and DevOps.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive technical direction and inspire teams.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and best engineering practices.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and experience in delivering products using modern software development toolsets.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
