Quality Assurance Leadership Opportunity
Manucomm Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager / Quality Manager to join our client's team in Dorchester, Dorset. This key leadership role requires a highly skilled individual to drive quality excellence, manage risk, and develop our technical capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the development and implementation of site-specific HACCP plans, ensuring ongoing maintenance and verification.
  • Manage customer technical queries, providing expert guidance and advice as required.
  • Support and facilitate all third-party and customer technical audits, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution.
  • Identify and alert adverse trends, implementing effective action plans in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain the site Quality Management System, ensuring it meets evolving standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the NPD Manager/site team to ensure smooth product transition from concept to launch.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in Technical / Quality Management from a food or drink manufacturing background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex quality issues.
  • Detailed understanding of Food legislation, Food Safety, and microbiology principles.
  • Fundamental knowledge of quality management systems and protocols.
  • Valid UK driving license.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established FMCG food manufacturing company based in Dorset, England.

The role offers a competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE and excellent benefits.
