About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our thriving practice in central Berkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of our current team and contributing to the growth and success of our Private Client department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of solicitors and provide guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality work
  • Advise families and individuals on a broad range of matters, including will drafting, estate administration, and Court of Protection work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, accountants, financial advisers, and other professional connections
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and best practices to ensure the delivery of expert advice
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years' PQE in Private Client law
  • Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
  • Experience of managing a team and providing guidance and support
  • STEP membership or equivalent is a distinct advantage
What We Offer
