Job Description:

Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Investment Paraplanner to join our team. As an Investment Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Correspondence: Organize and manage client correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Report Generation: Collaborate with Advisers to generate client reports, including suitability reports, annual review reports, meeting notes, and portfolio reports.
  • Data Analysis: Support Advisers in utilizing data analysis tools to provide insights for client identification, lifestyle planning, risk reports, and investment analysis.
  • Research and Illustrations: Conduct research to support Adviser advice, including technical product research and producing illustrations.
  • HNW Client Support: Provide exceptional support to High Net Worth clients as required.
  • Group Corporate Pensions: Assist administrators with group corporate pensions and associated group benefits as needed.
  • Provider Liaison: Act as the main point of contact between Providers and Advisers for investment and policy administration, ensuring clients are informed of progress and notified of transaction completion.
  • Fee and Commission Management: Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of client fees and commission in Intelligent Office, supporting accurate monthly payments and FCA RMAR reporting.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc paraplanning tasks as required by Advisers.
  • Compliance Support: Liaise with Compliance Teams and complete remedial work to enable Advisers to proceed with business.
  • Organizational Projects: Support the Head of Support Services in defining and executing organizational projects and initiatives.
