Job Title: Relief Support Worker

We are seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Relief Support Worker, you will provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, enabling them to experience a wide range of opportunities for personal development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful personal care and support to individuals with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, and housework.
  • Support service users in accessing social and leisure activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users, demonstrating unconditional positive regard.
  • Carry out general administrative duties, housing management tasks, and medication distribution, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Previous care experience is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work positively within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.
  • Confidence to work within a positive behavior support framework.
  • Skills in positive communication and engagement.
