Invigilator Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Invigilator. As an Invigilator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of our examinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Checking examination rooms and ensuring all necessary materials are available
  • Distributing and collating examination papers, as well as briefing candidates on examination procedures
  • Remaining vigilant for any instances of malpractice and responding appropriately
  • Working with IT systems to support computer-based and online exams

Requirements

  • Confidence in using IT systems and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
