Curia, a contract research, development, and manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our Glasgow site. As a key member of our QC team, you will be responsible for supervising the deliverables of the QC team across multiple complex projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery to meet client and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the QC team to meet challenging schedules and uphold quality and GMP compliance
  • Partner with the CI Manager to identify mini-projects to improve processes and procedures
  • Manage timelines for testing of finished product and IPC samples
  • Ensure data generated is accurate for reporting results
  • Support site during audits, client visits, and MHRA/regulatory inspections

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
