As a key member of our production team, you will assist in all aspects of beer production, including brewing, packaging, and cellar management. About the Job:
In this role, you will work closely with our Production Director and brewer to develop your skills and knowledge of the brewing process. Your duties will include assisting on brew days, arranging raw materials and supplies, and monitoring fermentation profiles. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and written procedures as per our SOPs. Our team is passionate about producing high-quality beers, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence.
