Flight Planning Coordinator

We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Flight Planning and ATC Team at Leeds Bradford Airport. As a Flight Planning and ATC Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the day-to-day flying operation runs smoothly and is well-supported.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of operational flight plans for the entire Jet2.com flying network.
- Be the primary point of contact for operating crews for routing and flight planning queries.
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintrol to minimize disruptions to the flying program, addressing issues such as aircraft technical problems, tail swaps, and aircraft changes.
- Utilize flight planning software to optimize flight routes while considering operational requirements like ATC industrial action, weather, and aircraft capability.
- Highly organized with an analytical mind and understanding of flight planning and airline operations.
- Ability to read and process technical data quickly and accurately, with adaptability to changing situations.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for providing exceptional service and prioritizing safety.
