Care Team Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Manager to join our team at Advinia Care Homes Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while leading and mentoring a team of dedicated care professionals.

**Responsibilities**

* Provide high-quality care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
* Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent care delivery
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including medication administration and wound care
* Work closely with the care team to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery process

**Requirements**

* Valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year nursing practice
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
