About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient production processes to meet customer demands and exceed expectations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage materials, resources, and personnel to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain reports on production efficiency, overdue tasks, and on-time delivery KPIs.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and participate in daily production meetings, and collaborate with production engineers as required.
  • Quality Control: Ensure operational consistency across shifts through comprehensive work instructions and training.
Requirements
  • Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of automation and well-managed production environments.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and Excel, with familiarity with MRP systems and clear production planning.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
