Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Urban Planning Projects: Develop and implement comprehensive planning strategies for urban projects, ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values.
- Conduct Research and Analysis: Conduct research, analysis, and feasibility studies to support planning initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure project success and foster positive relationships with community stakeholders.
- Engage with Community Stakeholders: Gather input and feedback from community members, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in our planning initiatives.
- Stay Current with Industry Developments: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform planning decisions and ensure our company remains at the forefront of urban planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in urban planning or a related field, with a focus on project management and strategic planning.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, zoning regulations, and environmental policies, as well as excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in GIS, CAD, and other planning software preferred.
