We are looking for experienced and proactive Senior Project Managers to join our Project Management team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage the delivery of cladding remediation and broader fire safety remediation projects from inception to completion for leading developer and public sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of cladding remediation and broader fire safety remediation projects from inception to completion for leading developer and public sector clients.
  • Provide advisory support to applicants pursuing cladding remediation government funding streams from inception to completion for public sector clients.
  • Lead on a diverse range of projects within our Central and Local Government PM team, including housing, justice, defence, office, and social infrastructure projects.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification, MAPM or MRICS.
  • Experience in the delivery of cladding remediation projects advantageous.
  • Good understanding of the Building Safety Act and HRB processes required.
  • Well-suited to Project Management candidates with a Building Surveying or forensic building diagnosis background.
