Café Specialist

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a skilled Café Specialist to join their team in Defence. This part-time position offers 24.74 hours per week and is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry. As a Café Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality drinks and serving food that meets our customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean bar area, receiving and processing payments, and being an enthusiastic team player. You will also be required to learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £10-£12 per hour, depending on experience, and opportunities for career progression within our company.
