Financial Analyst Assistant

The Charalle Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Assistant to join their National Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial reporting systems and methodologies, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and meaningful financial reports and management information
  • Assist in the interpretation and provision of insight to support business decision-making
  • Support the Commercial Finance Lead in driving performance improvement across the business
  • Collaborate with other members of the Commercial Finance team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • A-Level or equivalent qualifications including GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Strong MS Excel skills and experience with financial reporting systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
