We are currently recruiting for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile client.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating all aspects of the CBO's daily work routine, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various stakeholders.

Job Description:

This position is perfect for a highly motivated individual who is skilled in providing exceptional administrative support and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CBO, managing their schedule, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
  • Anticipate needs and provide comprehensive support to enhance their productivity.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare correspondence.
  • Draft and prepare reports, summaries, and presentations as necessary.
  • Secure confidential information and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar support role for C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong discretion, confidentiality, and trustworthiness.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and digital communication tools.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per year.
