Job Description

SPEQ RECRUITMENT LTD is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer with Mechanical Bias to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize system efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain electrical and mechanical documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, VSDs, and inverters.
  • Experience with 3-phase motors, pumps, and control systems.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
