Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at We Do Social Work. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services.
  • Coordinate the allocation of work to Support Workers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and support to improve performance.
  • Identify training and development needs of the team and provide support to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with other professionals, service users, and their families to ensure a smooth transition through the service.
  • Ensure service users are fully included in decisions made about their care and support.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a flexible and high-quality service.
