We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at We Do Social Work. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of Support Workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care and support services.
- Coordinate the allocation of work to Support Workers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and support to improve performance.
- Identify training and development needs of the team and provide support to ensure staff are equipped to deliver high-quality services.
- Liaise and communicate effectively with other professionals, service users, and their families to ensure a smooth transition through the service.
- Ensure service users are fully included in decisions made about their care and support.
- Work effectively with colleagues to ensure the delivery of a flexible and high-quality service.
