Void Supervisor - Repairs and Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled Void Supervisor to join our team at Howells Solutions Limited. As a key member of our Voids - Repairs & Maintenance department, you will be responsible for supervising the voids contracts, ensuring that all operatives are working efficiently and productively.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise the voids contracts to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards.
  2. Oversee the work of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with work sheets and contract KPI targets.
  3. Attend inspections as necessary to ensure works are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
  1. Previous social housing experience is required.
  2. Experience working on reactive repairs, voids, or planned works projects is essential.
