About the Role:

The Training Experience Designer position at Raytheon UK is a critical role in shaping the future of national security and aerospace technology.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that meets DSAT compliance standards for multiple MOD sites.

You will work closely with our Training Design Business Partner and Team Lead to design and implement standardised processes that ensure the highest level of training quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough Training Design Reviews of all training courses every three years, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet operational requirements.
  • Maintain and update course syllabi, standards, trainer competence, qualification, and experience requirements.
  • Keep course information, including size limits, health and safety, rules, and regulations, current and accurate.
  • Design and implement new training requirements, incorporating feedback from internal and external assurance.
  • Identify opportunities for accreditation and provide documentation for existing accreditations.
  • Produce and maintain Training Design documentation, including Formal Training Statement, Assessment Strategy, Learning Scalar, and Training Authorisation Document.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather required data and participate in workshops to discuss findings.
