We are seeking a compassionate Care Companion Specialist to join our team, working in Bolton and the surrounding areas. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives, promoting their well-being, choice, and dignity.
The successful candidate will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes. This requires an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who puts others at the heart of all they do.
About the Role
This permanent position offers a flexible working pattern, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will benefit from extensive training, a mentoring system, and 24-hour support and advice. Our comprehensive induction program ensures you receive the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality care and support to clients, tailoring services to meet their individual needs.
- To work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care planning.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to SureCare's policies and procedures.
Benefits
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 28 days' annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays (pro-rata).

- Access to a bicycle or driver's licence desirable, but not essential.
